DeltaSketch ("we", "us", or "our") is a software product. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you visit this website or purchase a license.

2a. Contact Form

When you submit the contact form we collect:

  • Name — to address your message
  • Email address — to reply to you
  • Message and subject — to understand your inquiry
  • IP address and country — for spam prevention and rate limiting; this is not stored beyond the email notification we receive

This data is transmitted via Resend (our email delivery service) directly to our inbox. We do not store contact submissions in a database.

2b. Purchases

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes all payment details (card number, billing address, etc.) on their own infrastructure. We receive only a license key and your email address from Paddle so we can deliver your purchase. Paddle's privacy practices are governed by the Paddle Privacy Policy.

2c. Automatic Data

This site is a static SPA — we do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party ad scripts. Standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) may be retained by our hosting provider (Netlify) per their own policies.

  • To deliver and validate your DeltaSketch license
  • To prevent spam and abuse on the contact form

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, then deleted. License-related data (email and license key) is retained for the lifetime of your license to support activation and deactivation requests.
